I knew I didn’t have a lot of weight to lose but I still felt so uncomfortable with the excess weight I was carrying. In my first week I lost 4 lbs of fat (confirmed on my body fat scale), 3 inches off my bust, 3 inches off my waist and 3 inches off my hips!
Not only that, but the constant aching in my shins and hips completely disappeared. I just have to share this with everyone out there that doesn’t have a lot of weight to lose.
I know most people don’t feel happy with 10 extra pounds or 100 extra pounds . . . It just doesn’t feel good but this diet feels great and, I could still enjoy my running and exercise class without compromising my weight loss.
