• 2 Chicken Breasts (sliced)
  • 100g Broccoli
  • 100g mangetout
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 200g cooked noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 150g beansprouts
  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 2 small onions chopped

Heat a non stick wok and add your onion and garlic. Add your chicken breast then add your broccoli, mangetout and the lime juice. Cook for 1 minute then add your noodles and soy sauce. Cook until your chicken is cooked through and then stir in your beasprouts. Ideal served with a chilli sauce.
